We are seeking an ambitious and motivated, organized individual with great people skills to join our sales and marketing team as a Sales and Marketing Analyst. You will collaborate with a team of diverse professionals, where everyone is working hard to achieve success in the workplace and for our customers.Β You will support our sales and marketing team by compiling and analysing customer, market, and competitive insights to help our organization sell more effectively and grow our customers and markets. Responsibilities
- Compile, analyse and report on sales and marketing data and results.
- Research, compile, analyse, and prepare reports on the customer, competitors' activities, and market trends.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing results and performance metrics providing actional insights to guide sales and marketing efforts.
- Forecast demand, revenue, margin and expenses by customer and service type.
- Maintain and update product and service catalogue and price book.
- Gather, and compile customer prospects and lead generations lists.
- Support in the development and monitoring of sales funnel and process including tracking of leads through the process and identification of opportunities to simplify or automate.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries including gathering information, preparing response/quotes, and ongoing correspondence through the service
- Assist with the preparation of customer proposals, quotes, service agreements, RFP responses, as well as maintenance of contract and commercial documents including billing and monitoring receivables.
- Manage websites, social media platforms, to engage potential customers and develop brand awareness.
- Support marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, and maintain brand catalogue and promotional materials,
- Support the sales and marketing team develop of sales and marketing strategies and plans,
- Other projects as required.
- Β Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, finance, science/health management or similar field. A masterβs degree is considered an asset.
- Minimum 1 to 5 years experience in marketing, sales, analytics, or similar role. Experience in health care an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office β Advanced Excel (pivot tables etc.) , PowerPoint, and analytical software, such as google analytics, BI tools/Tableau, and other business analytics software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to research solutions and make recommendations.
- Strong research, analytical, and data gathering and interpretation skills.
- Exceptional communications and presentation skills β the ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format to diverse stakeholders.
