Job Description

The Salesforce Business Analyst will report to the Director of Sales and Support Operations for day-to-day direction. In this role, the chosen candidate will assist with sales operations management for Comcast Upware (a SaaS online market and telesales initiative selling Cloud-based software applications to small and medium businesses) and Comcast SmartOffice (a trial security and surveillance product sold by a telesales team to small and medium business.)

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Create and maintain team and leadership reporting
  • Support sales personnel with processes and procedures
  • Support sales personnel with telephony and computing needs
  • Special assignments

To be considered, candidates should have:

  • Strong computer skills / aptitudes in applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook proficiency. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 a plus
  • SalesForce proficiency
  • Project coordination experience
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of telephony and computing
  • Sales Operations or Call Center support experience
  • Prior experience working with or supporting sales professionals
  • Verifiable attendance and promptness history
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently
  • Must be detailed oriented with strong, clear and concise written and communication
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, β€œstart-up like” work environment

The position will be located in downtown Philadelphia PA and daily attendance to the office is a requirement --- no work from home options. Candidate must have reliable transportation or access to public transportation options.
