SAP Senior Business Analyst – IT/OT & Digital Integration

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Senior Business Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One implementations, integration, and operational support within a manufacturing and IT/OT environment.

The candidate will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and integrate SAP with other enterprise applications (CRM 365, OT applications, MES, SCADA) while providing hands-on functional and technical support.

This role bridges business, IT, and operations, ensuring end-to-end solutions that optimize processes, data flow, and system performance.

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One modules.
• Lead integration projects with CRM 365, OT applications, MES, SCADA, and other enterprise systems.
• Prepare technical proposals, design documentation, and process workflows.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), functional validation, and post-deployment support.
• Troubleshoot SAP functional issues and coordinate resolutions with IT/OT teams.
• Support digital manufacturing and IT/OT integration initiatives.
• Maintain process, system, and integration documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• SAP or IT coordination background (will be validated during the interview)
• 5+ years SAP experience (S/4HANA primary, SAP Business One supplemental).
• Hands-on experience with SAP module configuration, workflow design, and functional testing.
• Experience integrating SAP with CRM, OT, MES, SCADA, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments, operational workflows, and IT/OT convergence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with IT, OT, and business teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Large projects or global projects managing SAP offshore support.
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing, smart factory initiatives, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and SAP workflow automation.
• Previous experience in cross-functional SAP projects or IT/OT integration programs.
• Japanese or Spanish preferred but not mandatory.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Comfortable with Business stakeholders' communication (translating technical to business language and vice versa).
• Hands-on, technically capable, and able to propose, design, validate, and support SAP solutions.
• Comfortable coordinating with central IT, OT teams, and manufacturing operations.
• Able to lead SAP integration projects while supporting operational continuity.
