β’ UI Systems for Benefits, Tax, and Appeals;

β’ Project assignments will include documenting detailed system requirements approved by the TWC programs and creating a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information on existing products and their related costs.
β’ The Worker will analyze vendor responses and update system requirements as needed.
β’ The Worker will perform those activities necessary to explore βbuy or buildβ options, while considering data integration requirements for each potential solution.
β’ Worker also will develop information for future Request for Offer (RFO) and/or Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
β’ 5 Years Experience serving as a Business Analyst with projects that have successfully implemented information technology solutions.
β’ 5 Years Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user and stakeholder needs.
β’ 5 Years Experience facilitating and documenting business process mapping and business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems that make a business more effective.
β’ 5 Years Experience documenting detailed requirements for information technology solutions that will meet program and user needs.
β’ 4 Years Experience preparing solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, Buy versus Build, etc.
β’ 3 Years Experience writing Request for Information, Request for Offer (RFO) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
β’ 3 Years Experience simultaneously collecting requirements across multiple program areas or organizations that are geographically dispersed and that have varying business needs.
Skills Preferred:
β’ 2 Years Experience supporting Workforce, Unemployment Insurance, and/or Vocational Rehabilitation information technology solutions and/or participating as a member of project(s) that implemented same.
β’ 2 Years Experience documenting EIR accessibility requirements and working on projects that implemented solutions which were tested for and adhered to those standards and specifications.
β’ 2 Years Experience working as a Test Lead for an IT implementation project.
β’ 2 Years Experience presenting to program and IT management, project Sponsors, and executive leadership.
β’ 1 Years Training in and/or experience utilizing Rapid Process Improvement (RPI) techniques as an approach to solve business problems.
