Our Groveport site has an immediately opening for a skilled Senior Business Analyst, SAP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) who will be responsible for the support of the assigned sites SCM SAP functionality so the company can meet service and financial goals and objectives.

This position is responsible for the following:

• Supports the existing SAP design, SAP application configuration, and custom system enhancements / integration points; analyzes, designs, tests and implements systems and modules. 
• Documents requirements for new functionality as required in support of the Supply Chain processes, which may include SAP application configuration, custom enhancements and custom reports.
• Develops procedures, processes, user manuals and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end state deliverables.
• Develops functional design specifications in support of existing and new application requirements.
• Collaborates with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize design solution and minimize impact to performance.
• Develops and executes functional unit test cases in support of new application requirements.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. string, integration, performance, user acceptance).
• Responsible for aiding in design issue/defect resolution.
• Supports the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support related to the custom system enhancements, and integration points.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science and/or business is required.  In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree a minimum of 5 years related work experience is required. 
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in an Information Technology systems analysis function, working with end-users to translate business requirements into system specifications
• 3 – 5 years of SAP configuration, with  experience in at least two of the modules MM, WM, PP, SD or QM modules
• Previous experience with 1-2 full life-cycle SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of French, Italian and/or Spanish is preferred.
