JOB SUMMARY

Our Senior Business & Financial Analyst, will support the business strategy and objectives through data-driven analysis, reporting and financial planning.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Data and Financial Analysis: Perform complex analysis with financial and business reports and models to generate insights to support business decisions

  • Reporting: Maintain and improve existing periodic reports, and develop new reporting methodologies

  • Data visualization: Create meaningful charts, graphs and tables to communicate insights and trends

  • Data accuracy: Work with the Technology division to resolve data hygiene issues

  • Plan and Forecast: Gather and incorporate business partner input on revenue and expense drivers; improve complex forecast models

  • Business Cases: Create business cases to analyze and justify investment decisions incorporating both business and financial data

  • Business Partner Support: Partner with management to answer complex analytical financial and business questions

  • Projects: Be responsible for components of internal- and business partner-led projects

  • Analyze highly intricate data sets with multi-touchpoint functions and prepare insights that influence business decisions

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Strong mathematical and analytical capacity

  • Strong Knowledge of database principals

  • Advanced Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and Presentation software (Powerpoint, Google Slides)

  • Highly skilled in Tableau, BigQuery SQL and proficient in Python, PowerBI or RΒ 

  • Strong business writing

  • Intermediate accounting and financial knowledge

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

  • Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related field plus 4 years of years of business analytics, finance, accounting or audit experience or High School diploma plus 6 years of technical business analytics, finance, accounting or audit experience

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree

    • Strong understanding of MWG business models

    • Working knowledge of AGILE Practices (ScrumMaster)

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $107,687.00 - Mid: $134,608.00- Max: $161,528.00
