Job Location\: Altamonte Springs, FL

The role you will contribute:

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and tracking utilization and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement. This position collaborates with Finance and Quality leaders to produce data-related reports that drive financial performance across populations. Tasks include reviewing key program data related to health outcomes, clinical performance, and service delivery to guide program delivery. This role also supports the creation and development of reports, and assists in guiding programs related to health and wellness, population health management, and practice support.

The value you will bring to the team:

  • Prepares quarterly and monthly financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.
  • Analyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Monitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
  • Analyzes complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Creates presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
  • Develops financial models and Return on Investment analyses for cost and quality improvement projects and programs.
  • Builds strong relationships with leadership, customers, and peers, communicating effectively with stakeholders, customers, and supervisors.
  • Communicates appropriately and effectively with stakeholders, maintaining awareness of any issues, potential delays, and situations of concern that may affect productivity.
  • Conducts data quality checks and documents work products.
  • Coordinates with other developers and analysts to build and share knowledge, ensuring consistent delivery of information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provides technical support for ad-hoc financial reporting and decision support needs.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's
  • 2+ Work Experience
  • Knowledge of health plans and Integrated Delivery Systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, prioritization and operational skills
  • Outstanding ability to prepare financial reporting, provide analysis and statistical data the organization can use to make operational changes, target specific goals, and refine processes

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
  • Master's Preferred
