Duties will include: Key interface between the finance and site ISC for items related to department budgets/expenses Provide financial analysis support to site leadership on key operating metrics related to department expenses, productivity, utilization, OT, etc Responsible for department expense financial analysis and reporting related to closing, Site Reporting Packages (Productivity), Over/Under Rate Analysis, etc. Key focal for AOP, quarterly forecasting and site outlooks related to department expenses at the Greer site, including preparing loading Essbase Coordinate, prepare and upload site level monthly results and financial estimates (AOP, 3+9 ) to ensure consistency and feasibility amongst functions and SBUs. Develop and prepare monthly site MOR packaging Perform monthly/quarterly close variance analysis at site-level Review and investigate fluctuations from expected results Develop customer/business beneficial financial metrics Other ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

**Degree REQUIRED in either finance or accounting fields. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing field. SAP Experience a plus.
