Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function across our dynamic hospitality portfolio. This is more than crunching numbersβ€”you’ll partner with leaders across Business Development, Commercial Services, and Operations to deliver insights that directly shape our business performance and long-term growth.

Requested Tasks

  • Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards that support smarter decision-making.
  • Analyze past and present results, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with theΒ preparation of budgets, forecasts, and forward-looking projections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor performance versus forecast, investigate variances, and present findings to leadership.
  • Support strategic decision-making with research, benchmarking, and industry insights.
  • Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
  • Champion Makeready’s Guiding Principles in all aspects of your work.

Requested Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+Β years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
  • Strong foundation in accounting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tool experience a plus (ProfitSword,Β Vena,PMS, POS, Sales systems).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
