The Senior Analyst will be key strategic partners to their management teams/Sr. Advisors, and in a more targeted scope will be key partners to programs (VPs, Directors, Managers) to achieve and maintain effective financial management, control and strategic planning while working within the corporate policies and procedures of HHS. The Sr. Analyst will provide key insight, inform, perform, build and develop key processes, controls and financial models.

Education – at least one of the following:
• Undergraduate degree AND
• Commitment to one of the following:
o Professional designation (i.e. CPA, CFA) – enrolment or completion of
o Applicable post-graduate degree (i.e. MBA, Masters of Finance) – enrolment or completion of
o OR the equivalent to the above (i.e. work experience)
Work Experience – at least one of the following:
• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting including financial statements, audit support, reconciliations, GAAP/IFRS/MIS (as it pertains to not for profit organizations), control framework etc.
• 3-5 years of experience in treasury and cash management – including cash management, accounts receivable and accounts payable, long range planning
• 3-5 years of experience in capital planning – including capital planning, ROI, BROC, prioritization/phasing frameworks
• 3-5 years of experience in investment portfolio management – including strategy and risk management
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A (financial planning and analysis), including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
The Planning & Analysis team provides operational and financial insight through the provision of timely and accurate information, presented in consumable formats for decision-making. We provide organizational expertise in the analysis, interpretation and integration of financial and clinical data and support the delivery of appropriate, cost efficient care in a financially constrained environment.
