Responsible for the quantitative/qualitative analysis for the budgeting and financial planning for US Lines of Business (Full Service, Backup or EdAdvisory) and/or SG&A. Supports the financial planning and analysis function including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting as well as routine and ad-hoc variance analysis.

Responsibilities:
Support the annual budget and monthly forecast process in collaboration with FP&A leadershipΒ
Develop & analyze budgets and forecasts, including developing and maintaining relevant financial & operation matrixes.Β Β
Assist in meeting the overall objectives of the corporate budget and forecast process in addition to Line of Business budgeting and forecasting.Β Β
Identify & analyze trends and produce reports that will help FP&A leadership provide guidance to Line of Business leaders and Executive Management.Β Β
Oversee and Review Client Budget and Forecast Process in collaboration with Operations and Client Relations.Β
Communicate with senior management, operations and corporate clients regarding information used to formulate budgets, forecasts or related financial analyses.Β Β
Assess the quality of the individual center budgets and forecasts and ensure accuracy.Β Β Β
Responsible for clients or SG&A Functions with more complex financial demands.Β
Work with Operations leadership to analyze financial performance and the impact of certain key financial variables.Β
Participate in budget & forecasting system maintenance and updatesΒ
Participate in Ad-hoc projectsΒ
Cultivate relationships with operations and operations support departments to collect/provide data, and communications to ensure optimized collaboration.Β
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's in business, Finance, or a related field, 3 years experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in an FP & A related role
Additional Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills, prior supervisory experience a plus.Β
Must be proficient in Excel. Experience with a budget tool.Β
PeopleSoft, Hyperion Planning and Essbase experience a plus.Β
Management experience a plus.Β
Excellent analytical skills, proven leadership ability, and strong computer expertise.Β
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Β
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem solving skills.Β
Results oriented professional with solid record of contributions through improved departmental procedures.Β

Compensation:Β
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - 100,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.Β
