We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst with 7–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights that drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and overall marketing performance. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing campaign effectiveness, guiding account-based marketing strategies, and advising technology-focused clients on how to optimize their go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Modeling

  • Apply advanced statistical methods to analyze marketing performance across demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data.

  • Build predictive models to support B2B and ABM strategies.

  • Ensure high-quality data preparation, cleansing, and transformation into meaningful insights.

  • Conduct segmentation and market analysis to identify high-value accounts and decision-makers.

Campaign Optimization

  • Evaluate campaign results and funnel performance to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

  • Use experimental design and multivariate testing to refine B2B marketing strategies.

  • Deliver data-backed recommendations to improve ROI and campaign outcomes.

Reporting & Communication

  • Design and maintain dashboards that track key KPIs and visualize marketing effectiveness.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior marketing and sales stakeholders.

  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable business strategies.

Strategic Guidance

  • Recommend martech solutions to enhance client marketing capabilities.

  • Provide consultative support on pipeline measurement and ABM strategy.

Leadership

  • Mentor at least one direct report, supporting their development in B2B analytics.

  • Participate in global team leadership and development initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Proven ability to partner with clients, frame business questions, and deliver actionable insights.

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.

  • Expertise in experimental design, statistical programming, and predictive modeling using tools like SAS, SPSS, R, Python, and SQL.

  • Proficiency in dashboarding and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects).

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

  • Strong communication skills, able to present results clearly in professional settings.

Required Enterprise B2B Marketing Experience

  1. Measuring the impact of initiatives such as content syndication, webinars, live events, paid media, social, and email campaigns.

  2. Analyzing marketing’s contribution to sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal acceleration.

  3. Using data from platforms like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.

  4. Developing dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.

  5. Producing ad hoc reports using SQL, R, or Python.

Additional Skills

  • Model development and predictive analytics.

  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.

  • Database design, data cleansing, and automation processes.

  • Deep experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to clarify objectives, troubleshoot obstacles, and deliver timely solutions.
