Job Summary:
E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly skilled Software Tableau Developer with a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Tableau to create insightful, interactive, and actionable dashboards that support strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design effective analytics solutions, and deliver high-quality visualizations that drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, andmaintainTableau dashboards and reports to support analytics and decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create,optimize, and manage data models, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Apply industry best practices in data visualization to produce intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards, data connections, and performance.
- Stay current with Tableau updates and industry trends, continuously improving visualization capabilities.
- Provide training and end-user support to maximize adoption and effective use of Tableau products.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensureaccurateand efficient data integration.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of Tableau best practices and standards.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology, ora relatedfield, OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, andmaintainingTableau dashboards and reports.
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar BI/data visualization role.
- Strongproficiencyin Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communicationand collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications:
- Experience with Power BI or QlikView.
- Knowledge of Python or R.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Tableau certifications (Desktop Specialist, Certified Associate).
