The Sr. BA needs to be a leader and has to have experience in driving the business requirements process鈥his person will likely be called the Requirements Manager if they truly qualify. The leadership part is really a personality trait鈥ou'll know it when you see it.
Qualifications
Required Experience (All the points in bold are a must):
聽
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽They both need to have solid healthcare experience (things like working with or for CMS on a healthcare project)
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with Service Orientated Architecture
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Medicare / Medicaid experience is a plus
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽BA / BSA experience is a must
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽UAT Experience is a must
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽STRONG COMMUNICATION IS A MUST
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience聽interacting with the architects/designers to assess feasibility of converting requirements into technical designs.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Lastly, they both should clearly understand want a traceability matrix is and should have created one themselves.
