Sr Financial Analyst (corporate financial reporting & analysis)
About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), Finance is a core member of the Finance Team responsible for financial reporting and analysis on corporate results as well as long and short-term forecasting. The Senior Analyst will financially lead the Lane Bryant Loyalty and Credit Programs as well as a support to cross functional team members in decision making to maximize productivity within these key businesses.

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in our New Albany (OH) office location and two days per week worked remotely.Β

β’ Create weekly, monthly and seasonal sales and KPI plans based on corporate goals and trends, while also highlighting risk and opportunity. Owning the Loyalty space within the P+L.
β’ Collaborate with cross functional team members to identify opportunities within the Loyalty and Credit programs to maximize customer participation.
β’ Create financial plans and report on results of Loyalty and Credit campaigns.
