Perricone Farms is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our Vero Beach, FL facility. This is a dynamic role that provides long-term, stable employment along with a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan.
Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Director of FP&A and plays a key role in supporting financial planning, operational performance, and EBITDA improvement across the organization. This position partners closely with plant leadership and executive management—including the CFO, CEO, and COO—to deliver actionable financial insights that enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Finance & Business Partnership
- Partner with the Plant Manager to drive plant-level EBITDA performance and deliver results aligned with the annual operating plan.
- Work closely with operations and planning teams to support production planning and capacity optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Operations to align financial planning with business objectives.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support operational planning and strategic decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior year results, identifying key drivers impacting performance.
- Conduct trend analysis and scenario modeling to support business planning and profitability improvement.
Plant Performance & KPI Analysis
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including:
- Cost per case / cost per gallon
- Yield and fruit recovery rates
- Labor efficiency and productivity
- Conversion costs
- Scrap, waste, and shrink
- Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Identify cost savings opportunities and margin improvement initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Reporting & Financial Governance
- Contribute to financial and operational reporting for leadership, investors, and lenders.
- Partner with the accounting team during the monthly close process to ensure financial accuracy and reconciliation to the general ledger.
- Ensure integrity and consistency of financial models and reporting outputs.
Strategic & Process Improvement
- Support evaluation and prioritization of capital investment projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities.
- Leverage technology and financial planning tools to enhance FP&A effectiveness.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
QualificationsExperience
- 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, business analytics, or related fields.
- Experience in CPG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or retail environments preferred.
- Experience in high-growth or private equity–backed organizations is a plus.
Financial & Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance analysis.
- Ability to identify key business drivers and translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance operational analysis and strategic thinking.
- Working knowledge of GAAP is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with ERP systems required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with financial planning and analytics tools such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Hyperion, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
