The Systems & Business Analyst will support both business analysis and application support functions. This position is responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of software applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong multitasking capabilities, with a balanced focus on problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Β
Provide support and training to end-users
Collaborate with business units to gather, document, and validate software requirements
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, tracking incidents through resolution
Understand and document business processes and workflows
Work as a liaison between technical teams, support staff, and business units
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Develop functional specifications and documentation
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Monitor system performance and propose improvements
Support internal operational initiatives and software quality assurance efforts

Education & Experience
Β
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience supporting business applications and troubleshooting system issues
Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare, insurance, or financial industries is desirable
Familiarity with technical tools and platforms
Previous customer support experience preferred
