Job Description:

Position: Systems Business Analyst with Auto Finance Experience

Location: Columbus OH & Wilmington, DE

Note: Visa required: USC & GC

 Need To Have:

• Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team.

• Implements applications full functionality through keen analysis of business and data requirements

• Incorporates high level functional design used across all business applications based on system build and knowledge of business needs. This high level functional design is used by BAs of all levels within the group as a basis for their low-level functional design.

• Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built, how the data is managed, and used to create a functional designs across app

• Proficient in knowledge of business applications, data usage, and word processing, data management tools and flow charting tools.

• Develops the mindset for risk and control compliance to departmental and companywide standards

• Works within standards of financial control and budget management

• Experience creating Use Cases, business process flow and system process flow diagrams.

• Proficient in Agile methodology and experience creating/refining user stories in preparation for build.

• Executes within client centric environment for work with teams and contributors
