Position OverviewΒ
We are seeking a Supply Chain & Data management Intern. Β This role is ideal for a final year data analyst program student or recent business graduate with strong analytical and data management skills.Β
The intern will play a key role in preparing, uploading and maintaining data integrity to support IMS implementation and its integration across other systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and validate master data to ensure data accuracy and consistency prior to IMS implementation and system integration
- Upload item master and vendor master data to Inflow IMS
- Provide support for data updates within Inflow IMS and HST Pathways EMR system
- Update Pickl list/Preference cards before uploading to IMS
- Perform data audits to identify discrepancies or missing information
- Develop reports and document training material for key processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Supply Chain, Data management, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, data cleaning)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with team across different locations
Preferred Competencies
- Exposure to inventory management systems or ERP platforms
- Familiarity with business operations, procurement, or supply chain environment
- Understanding of Item Master, Pick List, and Vendor Master
