Systems Data Analyst Intern

Wage Range - $21/hr-$30/hr  

Position Overview 

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Data management Intern.  This role is ideal for a final year data analyst program student or recent business graduate with strong analytical and data management skills. 

The intern will play a key role in preparing, uploading and maintaining data integrity to support IMS implementation and its integration across other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and validate master data to ensure data accuracy and consistency prior to IMS implementation and system integration
• Upload item master and vendor master data to Inflow IMS
• Provide support for data updates within Inflow IMS and HST Pathways EMR system
• Update Pickl list/Preference cards before uploading to IMS
• Perform data audits to identify discrepancies or missing information
• Develop reports and document training material for key processes

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Supply Chain, Data management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, data cleaning)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with team across different locations

Preferred Competencies

• Exposure to inventory management systems or ERP platforms
• Familiarity with business operations, procurement, or supply chain environment
• Understanding of Item Master, Pick List, and Vendor Master
