Job Description

Our client requires a Technical Business Analyst to set up and support a 2015 Microsoft Dynamics CRM on a common infrastructure that can be leveraged by multiple business units using similar business functionality.

Qualifications

Requirements
-University graduation, diploma, certificate or five years related experience in business, management or a related discipline
-Experience working in a middle to large scale ICT environment (+50 people)
-Experience working as a Business Analyst
-Experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and business process modeling.
-Experience documenting business rules and data models.
-Experience working on concurrent projects
-Experience with projects spanning multiple technical environments
-Experience working in application developer role. This could include, but is not limited to; Client Relationship Management System (CRM)/SharePoint/.Net/HTML/SQL etc
-Experience with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) software product

Desirables
-Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries
-Experience developing test scripts and performing system testing
-Experience working in a project/technical management role
-Experience developing and delivering training materials
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
-The ability to learn quickly, problem solve/troubleshoot, work independently and in a team.
-The ability to: manage stress, manage conflict, communicate effectively (verbal and written)
