Description:
Zendrop is seeking a skilled Technical Marketing Analyst to oversee marketing data infrastructure and deliver actionable insights. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining tracking systems across multiple platforms, analyzing user behavior, and building BI dashboards that drive data-driven marketing strategies.Β
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Tag Manager: Implement, test, and troubleshoot tags to ensure accurate event tracking.
- Google Analytics: Monitor user traffic, conversion funnels, and behavior patterns, providing actionable recommendations.
- Mixpanel: Leverage the user journey and session recordings to optimize UX and identify user friction points.
- Facebook Tracking: Manage Facebook Pixel and campaign event tracking to measure campaign performance.
- BI Dashboards & Data Querying: Develop queries and build dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio for real-time reporting.
- Reporting & Insights: Consolidate data from multiple platforms into clear, actionable reports to support marketing decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Light use and exploration of tools such as VWO (testing), contributing to broader data insights.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in digital tracking and BI tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot, clean, and organize data models for ongoing optimization.
- Comfortable learning and applying new marketing and analytics tools.
- Proactive in documenting workflows and supporting team learning around data-driven marketing.
Qualifications:
- Professional-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, growth, or technical marketing role.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Tracking, and BI tools.
- Strong SQL/data querying skills; ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with UX research tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
