Position Title: Business Analyst with Mortgage Exp

Location: McLean, VA (Locals Only)

Duration: 6 Months+

Responsibilities include: Β§ Review and analyze Business Data Requirements, Business Requirements and Data to elicit detailed data mapping requirements, including transformations, accurate system of record, relationships between the data, data integrity and constraints. Β§ Author the System Requirements, Data Requirements and Functional Design Documents. Β§ Manage the coordination of assigning resources to meet demand, schedules and goals of assigned projects. Β§ Decompose large, complex problems into smaller components that are easier to solve. Identify common themes across business needs that can be solved by developing re-usable solutions that can be shared across the organization. Β§ Maintain responsibility for the overall requirements delivery for assigned projects. Β§ Proactively manage issues and risks and provide resolutions. Β§ Frequently interact with directors, subordinate supervisors, business customers and/or functional peer group managers. Β§ Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Β§Drive key requirement decisions. Β§ Act as mentor to junior team members. |

Qualifications Β§ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience Β§ 5-7 years work experience in Analysis and Requirements Development Β§ Experience with writing detailed data requirements for system integration projects Β§ Experience with usability methods, techniques and design principles to create design deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mock-ups and user interfaces Β§ Experience translating/explaining technical decisions into business terms |

Preferred Skills Β§ Graduate degree or advanced studies Β§ Experience with DOORS, Team Foundation Server and Axure Β§ Experience with MS Office Tools and, UML, Clearcase Β§ Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Methodologies Β§ Knowledge of Freddie Mac s role in the Mortgage Industry Β§ Experience with Object Oriented Programming Principles and Object Oriented Analysis and Design Β§
Prior Knowledge of Multifamily Business Process and Data
