Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and feedback.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of business solutions.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a contract or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
