OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a People Analytics Data Analyst to help turn HR data into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll partner across the People organization to strengthen data-driven decision making, build reliable reporting, and uncover trends that shape strategy.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, genuine curiosity about people data, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across multiple HR functions.

Contract: 12 months, starting Sept 2025
Fully Remote, US only - no sponsorship or C2C permitted - must be W2 eligible without sponsorship

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Turn Data into Impact
    Design and deliver analytics that drive real business decisions and create value for stakeholders.

  • Own and Evolve Dashboards
    Keep existing dashboards running smoothly while enhancing functionality, rolling out new requests, and handling routine updates.

  • Communicate Clearly
    Create technical documentation and user-friendly guides to ensure changes are understood and adopted.

  • Automate and Streamline
    Spot opportunities to reduce manual work by building automated solutions that save time and increase reliability.

  • Standardize and Improve
    Proactively refine processes to bring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across reporting practices.

  • Explore New Tools
    Evaluate and implement emerging data technologies that strengthen analytics capabilities.

  • Partner for Insights
    Work closely with People & Places teams to align reporting with business priorities and deliver actionable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Min of 4 years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering
  • Min of 2 years of experience with SQLΒ Β 
  • Min of 2 years experience in high-quality reporting and visualizations in TableauΒ 
  • Experience with Workday, Fivetran, and Snowflake
  • Bonus point if you have previous experience with HR data
  • Experience architecting data flows and data models for performance and scale
  • Track record of applying innovative solutions to complex database challengesΒ Β 
  • Proven ability to promptly troubleshoot and resolve data performance issues and outages
