Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role located in American Fork, UT. The Revenue Enablement Specialist is a strategic role that empowers all CHIIRP revenue teams to maximize performance through processes and data.

The best candidate will have experience collecting and analyzing data, managing databases, troubleshooting and scrubbing data issues, optimizing performance, generating reports for revenue business units, presenting findings to decision makers, using statistical methods in reporting, and creating visualizations to communicate data trends to stakeholders easily.

Qualifications

The best candidate will also be able to analyze customer behavior and market trends to assist the Director of Revenue Operations in implementing strategies to align the revenue teams through process enhancements, best use of systems (tech), and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal hire will be able to quickly learn CHIIRP's customer journey and use data to turn insights into actionable strategy. They will have strong communication skills and be proactive to help the stakeholders improve efficiency and performance. A bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information technology or something similar preferred.

Daily tasks:

  • Assist the revenue teams with buy-in and optimization of software
  • Facilitate the organization and efficiency of CHIIRP's Partnership team, aiding with project and task management
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations to track the attribution and performance of various marketing channels and the related documentation of processes.
  • Closely track: third-party strategic alliances, rebates, sales and pricing adjustments, close ratios, win/loss rates, upsell efforts/outcomes for NRR, and tracking CHIIRP's company ARR goals.
