TRUWERK is searching for a Marketing Data Analyst in Denver, CO to support the full TRUEWERK Team, with primary focus on Marketing, by owning measurement across brand, performance media, and organic channels. This role is responsible for accurate, scalable tracking of key outcomes ranging from engagement and ROAS to brand lift, incrementality, and new customer acquisition.
In this role, youβll serve as a steward of data quality and a driver of insights that improve the efficacy and impact of marketing initiatives. This individual helps maintain reliable reporting systems while translating data into actionable learnings that inform decision-making across the business.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Reporting Management
- Own the day-to-day maintenance, QA, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting systems supporting direct response and brand measurement initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data across platforms and reporting environments
- Partner with data engineering and publisher platform teams to develop, test, deploy and troubleshoot site and ad instrumentation reporting and forecasting tools like API connections and site pixels.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement tracking methodologies and measurement technologies to support performance analysis
Performance Measurement & Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance across brand, performance media, and organic channels.
- Monitor performance trends across channels, audiences, and platforms and flag opportunities and risks.
- Identify and resolve attribution and tracking issues and keep apprised of the current state of audience and platform measurement.
- Operate as the subject matter expert on evolving attribution methodologies, best practices and environmental factors.
- Measure offline media performance using appropriate tracking tools and third-party partners. (brand studies, etc).
- Propose, configure, and support the execution of incrementality and lift testing, including measurement and results analysis across digital and offline channels.
- Build ad hoc forecasting andΒ models to support media performance evaluation and forecasting.
Business Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support paid and organic social, shopping, and off-platform measurement initiatives
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions across Marketing and the broader TRUEWERK Team
- Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and implications to support data-informed decision-making

Must-have
- 5+ years of experience as a dedicated marketing or media analyst ideally within a digital direct-response media agency environment
- Advanced experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or a comparable BI/data visualization platform
- Advanced SQL proficiency and expert-level Excel or Google Sheets skills, with demonstrated ability to independently extract, structure, and analyze large datasets
- Practical, hands-on experience implementing marketing measurement technologies, including API calls, site pixels, GA4, Google Ads (Search/Shopping), Meta, and ideally Shopify
- Experience measuring offline media using tracking tools and third-party partners
- Strong understanding of how brand media measurement differs from digital and direct response measurement
- Experience building analytical solutions for media performance evaluation
Preferred
- Experience designing and measuring the impact of channel incrementality tests
- Demonstrated experience using AI agents to generate stable, reliable, accurate improvements in both report automation and insights gathering
- Familiarity with advanced measurement tools such as Looker and Triple Whale
- Experience working with media mix modeling outputs (as a user and interpreter, not necessarily as a model builder)
- Experience working with data warehouse environments and marketing data integrations

Salary Range: $80,000 β $90,000 base salary + bonus
