What You'll Do:
- Dive into large datasets to extract, analyze, and validate information that supports our operations and financial reporting
- Own and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop insightful analytics that drive business decisions
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for board meetings and executive reviews
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support operational initiatives and strategic planning
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting outputs
- Proactively identify performance trends and opportunities for process improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, business intelligence, or operations reporting
- Advanced SQL proficiency and strong Excel skills
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and board materials with strong proficiency in PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of healthcare operations and common metrics
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Bonus Points:
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare databases
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
